Strive is a mobile app designed to help young adults improve their mental well-being. Through psychological education, self-reflection, and community support, the app enables users to better understand their emotions and take the first step toward seeking help.

Many young people struggle to recognize their mental health challenges and don’t know where to turn for support. Existing resources can be overwhelming or impersonal, making it difficult for individuals to take action.
Goal of Strive
To create an accessible, personalized, and supportive platform that simplifies mental health education and provides practical tools for self-reflection and personal growth.

Shared Experiences - Anonymous, real-life therapy stories with trigger warnings for sensitive topics.

Mood Tracking - A visual overview of mood patterns, helping users identify emotional trends and take action.
